使用方法
①ローラー部分を足全体にあて、やさしく下から上に滑らせます。
②ローラー部分を腕～脇全体にあて、やさしく下から上に滑らせます
③ローラー部分を肩～デコルテ全体にあて、やさしく転がすように滑らせます
④かっさ部分で全体をやさしくなでるように滑らせます
※赤くならないようやさしく滑らせるようにお使いください。
